Shipping and Handling Standard UK Mainland delivery for orders below £250 excluding VAT is £14.99. Standard UK Mainland Delivery service for orders over £250 excluding VAT is £8.50. However please note some products may incur additional delivery charges due to the density/weight of the item ordered i.e. flooring, underlay, orders of adhesive and dpms.These costs will be advised when an order is taken.In addition, there are some products like adhesives and the larger sizes of filler that make take longer to deliver.Please contact our customer service on 020 8552 4963 with your order to confirm delivery times. For orders Outside UK Mainland please contact us before making a purchase in order that delivery dates and charges can be confirmed. Next day orders within UK Mainland received before 12pm Monday - Thursday are delivered by courier next working day. Orders received after 12pm Monday - Thursday will be processed the next day and delivery will be on the next working day. Orders received on Friday will be delivered on the next working day i.e Monday. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on the next working day. Please ensure there is someone available at the address to receive and sign for the delivery as any Charge we incure for storage, re-delivery, holding costs and re-stocking (20% of the total cost) resulting from non-delivery will be your responsibility and you agree to reimburse us in full. Deliveries take place Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) Only. Please note we are unable to specify actual/specific delivery times and there is no Saturday or Sunday delivery on the standard next working day delivery service. Faulty & Returned Goods Please ensure you have the correct measurements or product specifications i.e. colour, before placing an order.All stock items returned in their original sealed condition will be subject to a 20% re stocking charge and must be returned within 28 days of purchase. Any incurred carriage costs to return the items is the responsibility of the customer.If the goods are faulty, we can offer a refund or exchange up to a week after delivery. We do not accept responsibility for misuse and all products must be used in accordance with manufacturers directions in relation to application and storage.
