FloorMakers provide Flooring services along
three Lines.
1. Floor Sanding and Restoration. This
entails sanding, sealing, staining Repairs
and Varnishing Floorboards, Parquet and all
other wooden floors.
2. Hard Wood, Real Wood and Engineered Wood
Installation. (Tongue and groove Planks)
Fitting Services only.
3. Laminate Flooring installation (Tongue
and groove Planks) Fitting Services only. |

Important
information
All prices are charged by floor area in m2
(square meters).
All measurements are in meters.
There is a minimum charge of £180 for very
small areas like small bathrooms, toilets
and landings.
Rooms must be empty of Furniture before we
can start work or there is a charge for
moving furniture, which is currently £20 per
room.
All prices include labour and materials,
Except for Real/Hard Wood and Laminate
Flooring where customer has to supply all
the materials. we don’t charge VAT |
